About the job
The La Pouponnière and Abri Foundation aims to work for children and especially young children and their families, notably by welcoming them within its nine institutions: five child life centers (CVE), two emergency boarding schools, the mother-child educational reception (AEME), the meeting space service unit (UPER)
To complete our team at CVE Les Falaises, in Lausanne, we are looking for a:
Permanent Substitute at 50%
All groups (nursery, toddlers, middle)
Missions and responsibilities
- In active collaboration with the educational teams, ensure quality supervision for the young children welcomed, guaranteeing their well-being and safety
Profile sought
- Training as an ES / HES educator or ASE
- Experience in managing a group of children
- Ability to develop reflective action on one’s activity and to assume one’s role in an engaged and autonomous manner
- Aptitude to adapt to family, cultural, and social realities
Working conditions
