- You independently and professionally manage your station, diligently completing the associated preparatory and follow-up work
- You master the basic service rules and procedures without any problems
- As a host personality, you greet every guest politely and friendly. You can competently answer questions and gladly fulfill wishes
- You are co-responsible for a smooth and professional workflow
- You actively strive for additional sales and recommend our F&B offerings
- You handle complaints professionally
You bring the following qualifications:
- Training as a restaurant specialist or similar and a few years of professional experience are an advantage but not a basic requirement
- You bring commitment, initiative, and dedication, are innovative, flexible, and resilient
- You work conscientiously and independently, organized, prudent, and forward-looking
- You enjoy gastronomy, want to develop further, and perform your profession with passion
- You carry out workflows effortlessly, efficiently, and professionally
- Professional appearance and lived hospitality are a matter of course for you
- You are familiar with à la carte service and keep an overview even during high guest volume
- You have good spoken German and English skills
