Spitex Mutschellen-Reusstal is a modern and dynamic organization committed to the health and quality of life of people in our region. With a dedicated team of around 100 employees, including 10 apprentices and 5 trainers, we place great value on high-quality training for our future professionals. We are looking for a committed and experienced personality by arrangement as 

Educational Officer Nursing (m/f/d) 40-60%

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for planning and coordinating training within our organization
• Further development of our educational offerings: With your support, we want to train nursing professionals HF in the future
• Ensuring training quality in close cooperation with trainers and the team
• Supporting apprentices and future students in their professional development
• Organizing and conducting internal training and further education for apprentices and trainers
• Collaboration with external training institutions and contacts

What you bring:

• Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF or FH
• Professional pedagogical qualification equivalent to 600 learning hours (e.g., trainer with federal specialist certificate) or SVEB certificate level 1 with willingness to obtain the federal specialist certificate
• Several years of experience in training apprentices and students, as well as a strong interest in promoting the professional development of young people
• Familiarity with current training opportunities and content in nursing professions
• Enjoy working with adolescents and young adults as well as a motivating and empathetic personality
• Strong communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to work in a team
• Flexibility and resilience as well as a high degree of personal responsibility
• Knowledge in handling electronic media
• Good German skills, spoken and written
