Your tasks
- In this versatile leadership position, you are responsible for managing the after-school care in terms of expertise, personnel, and organization.
- You perform your tasks competently, independently, and solution-oriented.
- You work according to pedagogical and business management principles and objectives.
- You value transparent communication and appreciative interaction.
- You independently and with the team design a differentiated, age-appropriate, and needs-oriented pedagogical daily routine that gives the child security and space for their own development.
- A professional relationship based on the approach of new authority and non-violent communication is paramount.
- You actively participate in the evaluation and reflection of the pedagogical daily routine as part of quality development.
- You work closely with parents and other professionals.
- You supervise trainees during their education.
