Your Tasks

• You ensure the perfect complement to our dishes! With your sense for aromas and textures, you create harmonious compositions that complete every menu
• Development and implementation of new ideas in line with the philosophy of our kitchen
• Careful handling of high-quality, regional, and seasonal ingredients
• Ensuring smooth operations at the Entremetier station
• Compliance with high quality standards and HACCP guidelines
• Collaboration with the kitchen team to ensure a coherent menu design

 Requirements:

• Training as a cook or experience in a comparable position

Experience in upscale 4-star hotels and gastronomy is a great advantage

Passion for seasonal and fresh products

• Creativity and attention to detail – you turn side dishes and classics into culinary highlights
• Team spirit, independence, and a high sense of responsibility
• Good to very good German skills, any additional national language is an advantage
