🔎 Contribute to our development
The Data for Group Piloting team, within the BI & Data Management domain, leads Data projects related to Group management, for support functions such as Finance, Human Resources, Purchasing, and Internal Audit, but also Commercial management and Product Innovation. It has thus specialized in the design and implementation of various technological solutions (Data architecture, Simulation, Visualization, Data engineering, Cloud solutions…), to address the Group's various challenges such as E-commerce for example.
Within this team, based at the Group headquarters in Ecully (near Lyon), you support our technical experts in SAP BW, BOARD, Snowflake, Qlik Sense, and AWS to develop innovative dashboards and applications for forecasting, visualization, and data analysis.
As a Data Steward, you join a human-sized, supportive, and dynamic team.
Your main missions in an Agile context:
- Manage Data projects: organize the work and schedule of the project team. Communicate on the progress of your projects.
- Lead workshops to analyze business needs.
- Write functional specifications for developers.
- Perform unit tests and support the business during user acceptance testing.
- Train users, provide support, and ensure corrective and evolutionary maintenance.
- As part of a continuous improvement dynamic, propose solutions to evolve methods, processes, and tools to improve the competitiveness and efficiency of your scope.
- Document, capitalize, and share practices and knowledge within the domain.
🧐 Bring your skills
- Bac+5 education (Engineer, Master) in Commerce-related fields, with initial professional experience in processes of one of the Retail professions (E-commerce, in-store sales…).
- Strong interest in IT projects and data analysis
- Project management skills and experience working in Agile methodology appreciated
- Knowledge of one of the technical tools: Snowflake, Qlik Sense, or AWS
- Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team and to communicate, interact, and work cross-functionally with various IT and business stakeholders
- Autonomy, synthesis skills, sense of organization and anticipation
- Fluent English required given the scope of the position.
