Position: permanent

Mechanic of Mixing Machines

What will you be doing?

Participating in the start-up of new production lines

Operating the production line in the absence of the Operator and ensuring maximum line efficiency

Performing planned cleaning/lubrication activities

Participating in preventive maintenance tasks

Defining, correcting, and informing the supervisor about errors on the production line

Ordering spare parts in the SAP system

Ensuring cleanliness of your production area and waste segregation according to audits and 5S3R standards

Ensuring completeness and taking care of the condition of work tools

Adhering to safety, occupational hygiene, and quality rules

It will be easier for you to perform the above tasks if you have:

Technical secondary education (mechanics)

Experience in a similar position - in repairs, troubleshooting machines and devices, machine setup

Practical knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics

Ability to read technical drawings

Experience in Kaizen and 5S environments - welcome

Basic knowledge of MS Office

Basic knowledge of English - welcome

Responsibility, accuracy, precision in performing tasks

Goal and result orientation and good analytical skills

Ability to work in a team

Precision and accuracy in performing manual tasks

Willingness to work in an administrative, 2-shift, and 4-team system (6:00-18:00, 18:00-6:00)
