Head of District Heating Operations (m/f/d) 100%

This is what you will do:

• Ensuring the operation of district heating with your team
• Guiding and training your employees
• Independent operation, monitoring and optimization of heat and power production plants using the process control system after task-specific training
• Planning maintenance measures and monitoring them during execution
• Providing on-call service and leading the on-call service team
• Evaluating data, creating statistics and communicating with superiors and external companies

This is what you bring with you:

• Completed technical training (heating installer, mechanic, electrician or similar) with a university of applied sciences degree or comparable further education
• Additional training as a heating plant operator is an advantage or willingness to complete it
• Solid leadership experience of several employees
• Experienced, analytical and process-oriented personality with the ability to find convincing solutions and implement them
• Interest in industrial plants, steam and power plant technology
• Mandatory driving license category B and availability in St.Gallen within 30 minutes
