Would you like to take on a new challenge and expand your expertise in the outpatient sector?
Then you are exactly right with us! We offer you comprehensive onboarding tailored individually to your needs to optimally integrate you into everyday Spitex life. Once you feel confident in this area, you can take on the following tasks:
- Independent, competent, and resource-oriented care and counseling of our clients
- Needs assessments with the interRAI – HC instrument (any course costs will be covered by the company)
- Taking over case management
- Assuming daily responsibility
- Daily contact person for FaGe trainees and HF students
The scope of additional activities will be determined in consultation with you. We want to ensure that you are deployed according to your skills and resources.
