• The Neuchâtel Traffic Police ensures road safety through prevention, controls, and accident analysis. Its GTM group operates on the roads via dynamic patrols and targeted controls and handles the administrative management of fines. This group plays a key role in traffic regulation and combating violations.
• As part of your activities, you manage not only the activity and personnel of the entire GTM but also ensure the application of laws, directives, and circulars. As a non-commissioned officer, you administer and coordinate all missions involving partners or different resources.
• Holder of the federal police officer certificate or equivalent training, you certify having completed the senior non-commissioned officer course (CCII), or are willing to do so on the job. Your pedagogical skills, flexibility, and experience in team management within the police allow you to fully contribute to our missions while embodying our values. Finally, you adopt a positive mindset and demonstrate rigor and a sense of observation that you apply daily.
