Technical Sterilization Assistant at the DLZ OR/ICU

• Control, inspection, and proper preparation of all medical goods including surgical endoscopes
• Professional operation of all cleaning and sterilization devices
• Participation in the implementation of the certified quality management system

Become part of the Service Center Operating Rooms and Intensive Care Unit (DLZ OR/ICU), which is responsible for a highly professional and efficient operating room operation as well as the intensive medical treatment and care of patients. More than 7,500 outpatient and inpatient surgeries are performed annually in the specialties of visceral surgery, traumatology, orthopedics, gynecology, and urology. Over 1,800 treatment days are also provided in the interdisciplinary intensive care unit (6 beds). Our certified medical device reprocessing unit (AEMP) cleans, disinfects, inspects, and sterilizes approximately 12,950 individual instruments and 18,817 instrument trays per year.
