About the job
Do you want to take on technical responsibility and create real added value for customers? In this role, you design powerful Unified Communication & Collaboration architectures around Avaya and bring innovative communication solutions from idea to implementation.
With your deep know-how in UCC technologies, your eye for marketable solutions, and your sense for customer needs, you support sales, product management, and customers equally - strategically, technically, and economically.
- Active assumption of a role in the sales process
- Support of our account managers during customer visits as well as positioning of our service portfolio
- Consulting, support, and further development of our customers during the evaluation phase including workshops and contract negotiations
- Participation in the offer phase and ensuring attractive offers for new and existing customers
- Development of architectures and creation of designs with a focus on UCC solutions as well as ensuring integrity in customer-specific environments
- Active monitoring of trends and developments in the ICT market and conveying these internally as well as to customers
- Close coordination of tasks together with the Manager Solution Design and the Head of CTO
- A higher education in business informatics / computer science (ETH/FH/HF) and/or corresponding professional experience
- At least three years of presales experience in the areas of UCC consulting, business development and/or in the area of managed services / outsourcing sales
Strong customer and service orientation
- Proven experience in consulting and designing unified communication and collaboration architectures
- Another plus is your knowledge of the UCC market and manufacturer solutions from Cisco and/or Microsoft as well as their surrounding systems
- You have very good German and English skills, French skills are an advantage
- Work location: Bern or Wallisellen
