Your Team and Mission
At Wüest Partner, as a Senior Customer Success / Key Account Manager, you actively shape the further development of our leading SaaS platform Wüest Dimensions – in direct exchange with professional real estate investors in Switzerland and Europe. As a leading company, we influence the future of the (digital) real estate industry in Europe thanks to a unique combination of real estate expertise, data, AI, and digital solutions. In the Data, Analytics & Technology (DAT) division, you are the strategic sparring partner for our institutional clients in this role. You translate complex requirements from asset, portfolio, and investment management into digital solutions – ensuring that our clients achieve measurable added value with Wüest Dimensions.
Your Tasks
Customer Relationship and Responsibility
- Strategic support, commercial responsibility, and expansion of a demanding portfolio of institutional clients
- Establishment and development of long-term partnerships at the C-level
Product & Solution
- Analysis of complex customer requirements along the real estate investment lifecycle
- Close collaboration with product management & development to further develop Wüest Dimensions
- Consulting on modules, configuration, rollout, and change management
Market & Positioning
- Representation of Wüest Partner and Wüest Dimensions at events, user conferences, and customer committees
- Active participation in shaping best practices, standards, and go-to-market approaches
This position can be performed at one of our Wüest Partner locations in Bern or Geneva.
Qualifications
Your Profile
- Completed university degree, ideally in real estate (university of applied sciences/university)
- Several years of experience in the institutional real estate environment (investment, asset, portfolio, or consulting)
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, data, and processes in real estate investment management
- You do not have to be a developer - but you know how technology can be used profitably
- Confident demeanor and enjoyment of demanding customer dialogues at eye level
- Entrepreneurial thinking, personal responsibility, and enthusiasm for a dynamic SaaS environment
- High commitment as well as pronounced quality awareness and a collegial, solution-oriented working style
- Very good German, French, and English skills
