You take on a key role between customer, technology, and business: You advise companies on strategic IT issues, develop individual solutions, and accompany projects from conception to implementation – technically, organizationally, and financially.
Your tasks
- Strategic and conceptual consulting of our SME customers around ICT and digitization issues
- Analysis of customer needs and development of tailored solutions with the specialist team
- Planning, coordination, and economic management of projects (budget, deadlines, quality)
- Supporting customers in decision-making bases and investment planning
- Close collaboration with internal specialists (infrastructure, modern workplace, cloud, security)
- Active participation in customer development: expanding existing relationships, identifying new opportunities
- Accompanying offers, workshops, and presentations until project completion
What distinguishes you
- Higher education in computer science or business administration with an IT focus
- Several years of experience in IT project management, customer consulting, or service delivery
- Broad technical basic understanding in areas such as IT infrastructure, cloud, or security
- Entrepreneurial thinking and sensitivity to customer needs
- Enjoyment of coordination, communication, and teamwork
- Good German and English skills complete your profile
