Your main tasks:
- Preparation of work documents for production
- Checking data for the creation of production orders
- Triggering and monitoring production orders
- Updating bills of materials and material requirements
- Maintaining article master data and technical drawings in the ERP
- Creating technical documentation
- Handling complaints and returns
- Purchasing raw materials and supplied goods
- Deadline monitoring for purchased components
- Inventory management
- Assisting with monthly closings and year-end closing (inventory)
- Support in the digitization and automation of processes
Your profile:
- Completed basic training in the electrical or mechanical field (e.g., electrician, plant and apparatus builder, polymechanic)
- Professional experience in AVOR/purchasing is an advantage
- Confident German as well as good English skills, French skills are an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Experience with CAD programs is an advantage
- Communicative, team-oriented, proactive, resilient, "hands-on" mentality
- High social competence, independence, and pleasant manners
