- Coordination and implementation of strategic initiatives within the framework of Strategy 2030 together with the sales companies in the EMEA region
- Development and management of the annual as well as long-term sales planning process in the EMEA region, including alignment of portfolio and operational plans with regional priorities and market forecasts
- Provision of market analyses on trends, competitive situation, and customer needs to support the development of sales plans
- Collaboration with the management of the regional sales companies to ensure strategic alignment, enable local adjustments, and work cross-functionally so that initiatives and plans are tailored to the requirements of the subregions and sales companies
- Tracking, evaluation, and reporting on the progress of strategic initiatives and sales plans
- Identification and assessment of strategic risks and opportunities as well as development of actionable recommendations for corporate management
- Cooperation with the finance department to align sales plans with financial goals and budget cycles
- Function as a regional contact person for strategic topics, in close coordination with the global strategy and corporate planning teams
Your profile
- Completed studies in business administration, international business, industrial engineering, or comparable
- Profound knowledge in commercial planning and the ability to integrate this into the respective countries
- Proven experience in leading strategic programs and sales planning cycles
- Familiarity with the EMEA market landscape and regional dynamics
- Fluent English skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools (e.g., PowerBI)
- Strategic and tactical thinking
- Strong skills in strategy development, project organization and implementation, as well as strong communication skills at all hierarchy levels
