Your Tasks
- Care planning and management of care processes on a gerontopsychiatric ward
- Care and support of predominantly dementia-affected patients (m/f/d) as well as patients (m/f/d) suffering from depression, anxiety, psychosis, or somatization disorders
- Targeted perception, maintenance, and promotion of healthy aspects, self-care competence, and practical life skills
- Participation in team meetings, supervisions, and ward rounds
- Involvement in quality assurance measures

Your Profile
- Completed training in elderly care or health and nursing care
- Experience in clinical gerontopsychiatry/-psychotherapy desirable
- Empathy, teamwork skills, sensitivity, and appreciative attitude
- Enjoyment in working with gerontopsychiatric patients (m/f/d)
