A day in the role as Sales Manager
As a point of contact for doctors, pharmacists, medical assistants, and patients, we offer extensive services and support them with advice and assistance. Become part of the sales team of Teva ratiopharm as Sales Manager Commercial for our Gx product portfolio. You will lead a team of 10 employees and support/lead them with enthusiasm and commitment. You take on the responsible task of making our generic medicines available in pharmacies and in-house pharmacies. Close cooperation with other sales managers, marketing, and medical is important to successfully implement the strategy with new innovative ideas. Growth is desired and encouraged; this applies not only to sales but also to your personal skills. Become part of a global and great team now.
Who are we looking for?
You are
an empathetic, highly motivated leader who is responsible for leading and developing the employees assigned to you and conducts target agreement and evaluation discussions and also participates in joint visits
responsible for planning and implementing sales-promoting activities, sales planning, and sample planning
very analytical, able to analyze data, generate insights, and create sales concepts based on them
responsible for the customer groups pharmacy and in-house pharmacy
in regular contact with decision-makers (wholesale, etc.) and maintain relationships with them
familiar with handling and complying with all compliance guidelines
in close coordination with your peers in sales management and marketing
a great team player and enjoy exchanging and coordinating with others
You have
a completed high school diploma or degree
a pharmaceutical representative exam or pharmaceutical training (requirement)
at least 3-4 years of field service experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry
experience in leading employees as well as sales-oriented and customer-oriented thinking
strategic and analytical thinking, a high level of commitment, and implementation strength
a high degree of flexibility and willingness to travel
fluent German and good English skills in spoken and written form

Compensation
The annual gross salary according to the collective agreement of the General Trade is at least EUR 53,732. The actual market-typical salary and bonuses depend on your professional qualifications and experience.
