We are looking for empathetic and enthusiastic personalities for our dementia team who develop long-term solutions early on together with our clients, their relatives, and family doctors. This is at a time when the disease is still in its early stages.

Your area of responsibility

• You work across teams, care for, support, and assist people with dementia and their relatives.
• You are the case-leading nursing professional and thus responsible for managing the entire care process.
• You support the somatic care teams and are ready to plan and conduct internal training sessions.
• You actively collaborate with internal and external service providers.
