In our Analytical Chemistry business unit, we deal with measuring devices, sensors, and solutions that have an excellent reputation in the market. For our location in Nänikon, we are looking for a committed and proactive Program Manager GEP (m/f/d). GEP (Link: Good Electrochemistry Practice) is a program for managing the lifecycle of our measuring systems with the goal of better meeting the needs of our customers in all phases. As a Program Manager GEP, you have the opportunity to significantly influence the innovation process and operate on an international "terrain". Your tasks: You lead our GEP program. This includes, among other things, the following activities: The creation of tools for customers, sellers, and distributors throughout the entire lifecycle of our measuring systems, their market introduction, and monitoring of usage. Coordination and planning with GxP (Link: Good Measuring Practices | Laboratory) as a superior group initiative. Coordination and planning with eCom managers to improve existing online offerings. Collaboration with the Market Support group and marketing to strengthen the GEP program through activities and initiatives. At the center of the systems for measuring pH, conductivity, dissolved oxygen, and other parameters are our sensors. Product management of our sensor portfolio is an integral part of the tasks of the GEP Program Manager: Identifying customer needs and defining market requirements for new products through continuous market research, including competitor analyses. Close cooperation with Research & Development in requirements engineering and with the operations team during the development process of new innovations. Acting as the interface between the development department, marketing, customers, sales, and service organizations. Participation in the product support group to ensure continuous improvement of the quality of existing products. Our research and development, as well as the production of sensors, are based in Urdorf (Switzerland), Billerica (USA), and China (Shanghai). Travel activity of about 10%-15% is to be expected.
