In our daycare center "Peter Pan," integration is lived daily. Children with and without disabilities from 3 months to 6 years experience diverse encounters, consideration, respect, and tolerance. Tasks

• Care, support, and promotion of the children
• Collaboration in the interdisciplinary team as well as with external specialists
• Tasks in administration and housekeeping 

Profile

• Training in pedagogy/care or nursing (FaBe, FaGe, etc.)
• Sense of responsibility, social competence, and empathy
• High commitment and resilience
