About our department
The Professional Integration department is responsible within the Erlenhof | Center for the coordination and assurance of all professional measures (professional clarification, building and work training, preparatory measures, training at the level of competence certificate, EBA, EFZ). It is oriented towards the mandates of social insurance (IV/SVA) and serves as a link between our clients and the support system.

There are regular case discussions as well as exchanges in team meetings, which can be co-designed and provide space for critical discussions, as well as collegial consultations and mutual support. We place great value on an open error culture in the team and actively discuss values and attitudes. There is the possibility for supervision, interdisciplinary meetings, and internal training in the field of education & profession.
Your area of responsibility:
- As a Job Coach, you are responsible for the development-promoting and resource-oriented support of people in the professional integration everyday life.
- You ensure the implementation of the mandates of social insurance (IV/SVA) and are responsible for conducting regular assessments as well as for the reporting.
- As an independently managing person, you maintain and coordinate contact with internal and external professionals in the support system of the clientele.
- You have completed vocational training with further education in coaching or career counseling or a degree in social work HF/FH.
- You preferably have professional experience in the field of professional integration or have knowledge in the area of social insurances.
- You are used to working independently and self-organized, you find it easy to handle Office, and reporting is one of your strengths.
- You have an interest in actively engaging with various professions, life worlds, and the discrepancies between the different mandates and reflecting on them.
- You are characterized as an engaged and open personality with good communication skills and are willing to support our clientele in a resource-oriented manner with their individual issues.
- You have a values-based, solution-oriented attitude.
- You can assess situations promptly, realistically, and holistically through your networked thinking and empathy, in order to make optimal decisions and act purposefully.
- You enjoy active networking with social insurance institutions, networking with companies, living groups, and therapists.
