About the job
Your Tasks
- Independent support and further development of the assigned applications including all relevant modules and configurations according to operational requirements
- Receipt, recording, and classification of error reports, user inquiries, and change requests from users
- Maintenance and further development of Tenfold (IAM) for automated role assignment
- Participation in the lifecycle management of applications: introduction, operation, updates, and decommissioning
- Creation, maintenance, and monitoring of the implementation of the user and authorization concept as well as the deletion concept
- Creation and maintenance of user-friendly user and system documentation
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in computer science application development, further training in business informatics, or many years of experience in application support
- Solid knowledge and experience in application support (ideally in a hospital environment)
- Solid knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform (especially SharePoint, Teams, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune), MS-SQL databases, and PowerShell
- Knowledge of Tenfold or another IAM solution and Polypoint PEP is a plus
- Experience in specifying IT requirements and testing IT solutions
- Experience with IT support processes at 2nd level, including collaboration with external suppliers
- Enjoyment in creating documentation, concepts, and user manuals
- Good communication skills (German at native level, spoken and written) as well as a strong customer and service orientation
- Willingness for on-call and maintenance deployments
