- You take responsibility for the operational and high-quality implementation of newsletter campaigns in our campaign management tool.
- You set up newsletter content, coordinate it, evaluate success through reporting, and derive optimizations for the next dispatch.
- You take responsibility for content maintenance in the CMS of our website swisscasinos.ch and are the single point of contact for our colleagues in the casinos.
- Together with our agency, you take care of the quality assurance of the website, which also includes fixing bugs and errors.
- You support the team in ordering promotional materials, giveaways, premiums, and print materials and ensure high quality of our materials and consistent implementation of our branding.
- This also includes maintaining our WebToPrint tool with all advertising media as well as recording premiums in the premium shop.
- An important task is also the general support of the marketing & CRM team in daily operational activities (marketing campaigns, team meetings, minutes).
- You work closely with teams from CRM, marketing, and the casinos and maintain collegial contact with our external suppliers and partners.
- You have completed vocational training in marketing or further education in the field of marketing/digital marketing
- You bring at least 4 years of professional experience in marketing, digital marketing, campaigning, or another operational environment
- You understand mailing and campaign management systems (BSI is an advantage but not a must) and content management systems, and you find it easy to familiarize yourself with new systems
- Supporting the team in everyday tasks, operational implementation, quality assurance, and dealing with CD guidelines are your passion
- You are flexible and an absolute team player
- You act independently, learn quickly, and communicate confidently in German and English
- You bring genuine curiosity and openness for the fascinating world of casinos
