Your tasks:
As part of continuing education marketing, you develop and implement targeted strategies for the successful positioning of our offerings. The focus is on holistic planning and the implementation of effective measures to increase visibility and reach – both in print and via digital channels. Communication is always target group-oriented and cross-channel, with creative copywriting and strategic thinking going hand in hand. Further tasks at a glance:
- Conceptualization, implementation, and optimization of marketing measures (e.g., social media, SEA, SEO, newsletter)
- Copywriting for website, brochures, social media posts, and other communication tools
- Maintenance and management of the website and intranet in the continuing education area (including CRM)
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Planning, organizing, and conducting information events
- Budget responsibility as well as creation and control of the annual plan in continuing education marketing
Your profile:
As a marketing specialist in the field of continuing education, you actively shape the future of our university! You develop creative concepts, implement effective online and offline campaigns, and position our continuing education offerings targeted in the market. In this versatile role, you can apply your strategic thinking, team spirit, communication skills, and digital know-how to reach new target groups.
- Federal diploma in marketing or completed studies in marketing, communication, or comparable qualifications
- Several years of experience in online marketing and campaign management (SEA, SEO), experience with graphics/printing/print
- Strong communication skills with pronounced text proficiency in the German language, ability to prepare complex, specialized content in a target group-oriented manner
- Negotiation skills in dealing with different stakeholders, strategic thinking, independent working
- Very good MS Office skills as well as confident use of the Adobe suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.), experience in media work is an advantage
- Willingness to see complex and rapidly changing tasks as a challenge, as well as a high degree of flexibility, independence, collegiality, and pronounced communication skills
