You act independently and are the first point of contact in customer service

Your opportunities
- In our stylish customer zone, you are the first point of contact for our customers
- You lead and are responsible for the Cash Desk (cash transactions, safe deposit boxes, and much more)
- You support and advise customers at the counter or from the office on comprehensive banking matters and our versatile service offerings
- You actively manage a team customer portfolio
- You take on various administrative tasks
You bring with you
- A completed banking apprenticeship with professional experience
- Enjoyment in customer consulting
- A professional and friendly demeanor
- A committed and careful working style
- Very good German skills (foreign language skills in English and French are an advantage)
- Any experience with the systems Finnova and Finfox (advantageous)
