The EFAJE is a network that brings together 31 municipalities from the Gros-de-Vaud district and surrounding areas wishing to unite their efforts to manage and develop quality day care services in order to better meet the needs of their citizens. To date, three sectors are represented: Family day care, which includes about seventy family-based caregivers, eight preschool structures, and nineteen after-school structures. For replacements, we are looking for:
Childcare Educators ES/HES, CFC Socio-Educational Assistants or Childcare Auxiliaries to cover replacements (reference 26.1 / BRE)
Replacements are planned in the following structures: at the UAPE of Cugy, at the UAPE of Froideville, at the UAPE of Bretigny, and at the UAPE of Morrens.
Your missions:
- Provide quality support to the children welcomed, ensuring their well-being and safety in accordance with institutional values and current regulations.
- Implement the institution's educational project and collaborate with colleagues and management.
- Foster a quality relationship and exchanges with families and external services.
Your profile:
You have the ability to develop reflective action on issues related to quality and to carry out relevant actions, deployed responsibly, autonomously, and reliably in your activity. Equipped with a good team spirit, your communication skills and initiative-taking, sociability, flexibility, and stability make you a real asset to the teams.
You have excellent adaptability and are flexible with your working hours.
You are Swiss or hold a valid residence permit and have a clean criminal record.
You have a vehicle and a driving license.
