About the job
You work with us to expand solar power and its integration into buildings and infrastructure, as well as its networking with building and energy supply technology. You are committed to the successful execution of solar projects and support our clients as well as our project managers in handling their various challenges. In addition to your planning support, you also act as a consultant and optimize self-consumption for the client as well as the interaction between electromobility, storage, payload, etc. with production. You are partially involved in conceptual work and have the opportunity to provide individual services for demanding customers.
You support our project managers in the following areas:
- Feasibility and preliminary studies
- Detailed planning, tenders, and specialist site management
- Preparation, realization, and completion of solar power plant projects
- Potential assessment and profitability
You are enthusiastic about technology in harmony with the decarbonization of our energy supply. The energy transition and the associated challenges are close to your heart. You think and act entrepreneurially and performance-oriented. You are a project manager and carry out your work and projects conscientiously and self-motivated to success, taking responsibility for the successful overall organization of your work.
You preferably have a university degree (ETH, university, university of applied sciences) in a technical field of study (ideally e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, energy and environmental technology or similar). You are independent, reliable, and think ahead. You can organize yourself, independently prioritize tasks according to importance, and are strong in implementation. You can count on the support of an experienced team of professionals in a dynamic environment.
The internship duration is set to 6 months. The internship is preferably suitable for recent graduates, with the prospect of subsequent permanent employment.
Good IT user skills such as good Excel knowledge are required. User experience in drawing programs like VectorWorks, as well as programming experience, are advantageous. Your organizational skills, your proactive thinking, your performance orientation, and your goal-oriented working style are part of your recipe for success. Pleasant manners, successful communication internally and externally, and confident German (French/English/Italian advantageous) are required.
