YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Your mission
You are the driving force behind convincing proposals. As the central interface between sales and the plant, you coordinate the creation of complete proposal documents across all disciplines and ensure that our offers not only meet customer requirements as well as norms and standards but are also commercially attractive.
Cost transparency
You bring the numbers together: You consolidate the cost blocks from the plant and ensure a consistent, comprehensible calculation - in close coordination with the specialist departments.
Concept and presentation
You develop proposal strategies together with the project team, continuously assess opportunities and risks including subsequent result presentation to management and sales.
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Experience that counts
You have already led several projects or created proposals - ideally in the railway industry. You understand the needs of the various stakeholders and can convince them.
Technical understanding and PM skills
You have a degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable technical education.
An APMP certification is a plus - but not a must.
Winning personality
You convince with a confident appearance and excellent communication skills. Even in turbulent phases, you remain focused, calm, and solution-oriented.
