Scientific Collaborator

The families, children, and youth sector is responsible for issues related to family and adolescents as well as the affiliation sector. In the areas of child care complementary to the family and institutions for children and adolescents, it is responsible for planning offers, authorization, financing, and monitoring of services. It also holds specialist responsibility regarding topics related to child and youth promotion as well as quality assurance for authorized services. Furthermore, it coordinates the cantonal program for child and youth policy.
For the Cantonal Social Services Office, we are looking for a scientific collaborator starting November 1, 2025, or by agreement.
Tasks
- Project responsibility for conceptual tasks related to social and family policy issues
- Activities focused on child and youth policy topics in the areas of protection, promotion, and participation in the Canton of Graubünden
- Other varied, interesting, and responsible activities
What we expect from you
- Degree in social, political, or educational sciences or equivalent training
- Interest in social issues as well as quality assurance and financing of social services
- Experience in project management as well as organizational skills and negotiation abilities
- Strong communication, conceptual, and editorial skills
- Independent, goal-oriented, and responsible working method as well as reliability and competence
- Systemic thinking and interdisciplinary understanding of tasks as well as teamwork skills
- Knowledge of the canton's official languages is desirable
