Medvadis AG operates five modern medical centers in Urdorf, Dietikon, Schlieren, Birmensdorf, and Engstringen. As operations management, we are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded, strong leadership personality who shapes and further develops the operational business of our locations. In the executive management, you take co-responsibility for strategic topics and their implementation.

• Operational responsibility for our medical centers
• Personnel management and development of practice coordinators (PKs)
• Implementation of the corporate strategy in operational business
• Ensuring and further developing processes, quality, and efficiency at the individual locations, across locations, and in collaboration with the head office – in close coordination with the CEO and the Medical Director.
• Development, implementation, and monitoring of operational concepts
• Planning and conducting training for PKs, MPAs, and medical secretaries
• Leading and participating in projects
• Representing the company internally and externally

• Training in healthcare (e.g., MPA or practice coordinator with a federal diploma) with business management further education (HF/FH) or comparable qualification
• Further education in leadership level CAS
• Several years of leadership experience in outpatient healthcare or comparable organization
• High leadership and social competence as well as enjoyment in developing employees
• Structured, solution-oriented working style and organizational talent
• Entrepreneurial thinking and experience in process optimization
• Strong communication skills in dealing with various stakeholders
• Experience in project and quality management as well as enthusiasm for change and development processes
• High initiative, resilience, and flexibility
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
