Your responsibilities:

• Leading and supervising approximately 180 employees (including 15 directly reporting employees)
• Ensuring the entire production regarding personnel, quality, quantity, deadlines, occupational safety, and processes
• Optimizing assembly and work processes according to Lean Production
• Leading the production maintenance department
• Ensuring production resources
• Initiating training sessions
• Participating in projects (industrialization teams and area planning)

Your qualifications:

• Completed technical vocational training as well as further training as an industrial foreman or HF operations technician
• Experienced leader and team player with pleasant manners and organizational skills
• Independent, process- and solution-oriented working style
• Assertiveness, flexibility as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Environmental awareness and continuous improvement process (Lean Production, 5S, etc.)
• English at least level B1
