YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Receiving, recording, and processing complaints
- Reviewing facts including coordination with quality, logistics, and production
- Documenting and tracking until the case is closed
- Ensuring correct and timely communication with internal and external contacts
- Creating invoices, charges, and credit notes within the scope of complaints
- Reviewing contractual bases as well as commercial specifications
- Coordination with accounting and controlling in case of discrepancies
- Issuing reminders in the complaint context (e.g., replacement deliveries, cost coverage)
- Monitoring outstanding claims from complaints
- Close exchange with the finance team to ensure correct payment flow
- Preparing complaint figures for quarterly reviews
- Supporting the derivation of improvement measures
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed commercial basic training (e.g., industrial clerk) or equivalent education
- Very good knowledge of contract law
- Solid knowledge in quality and complaint management
- Confident handling of SAP
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Strong solution orientation and structured working method
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Teamwork combined with a high degree of personal responsibility
