• Reception, advice, service and sales to our customers
• Management of the agricultural depot and buildings
• Purchasing management and control of assortment availability
• Planning and management of sales campaigns
• Cashiering and invoicing customers
• Processing supplier invoices
• Leading a small team
• Budget setup and monitoring figures
• Coordination of safety.

• Agricultural training (CFC, federal certificate, agricultural master, agro-merchant, agro-technician, agricultural engineer or equivalent)
• Strong interest in advice and sales
• Proven experience in agricultural trade
• Experience in team management
• Team spirit, practical sense and good communication
• Proficiency in main computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Organizational and management skills
• Stress-resistant person with a sense of priorities
• Good physical condition
• Forklift license, an advantage
• Good knowledge of German, a plus.
