Skills
- Diploma in nursing HF preferred, with relevant CAS.
- Deep knowledge of long-term care and care classification processes.
- Experience with RAI RUG and electronic work tools.

Deputy Team Leader / Nursing Residential Group
Workload 80-100%
Your area of responsibility with the new employer
- Shared responsibility with the team leader for nursing quality and the implementation of nursing concepts as well as quality documents in the residential group
- Ensuring nursing organization and duty planning during the absence of the team leader
- Contact person with leadership and decision-making authority for residents, relatives, and employees
- Regular review of resident documentation and ensuring correct RAI classification
- Monitoring the RAI process and working as an RAI supervisor
- Organization and execution of medical rounds in coordination with the team leader
- Responsibility for complex nursing and care situations, including case discussions with nursing experts, as well as participation in working groups and projects
A plus for the new employer
- Training as a certified nursing professional HF, preferably with a corresponding CAS
- Interest in leadership tasks in the absence of the team leader
- In-depth knowledge in long-term care and in the nursing classification procedure
- Professional competence in analyzing complex situations, developing solution proposals, and coordinating the corresponding organizational processes
- Experience with RAI RUG
- Experience in handling electronic work tools / good PC user skills
