The Zurichsee Education Center (BZZ) is a cantonal vocational school with locations in Horgen and Stäfa. We train 2000 apprentices in the professions of media design, computer science, and childcare and offer commercial training programs. Computer science middle school students attend specialized classes at BZZ. As a recognized vocational baccalaureate location, we offer the commercial BM type economy.
You are currently training to become a commercial clerk EFZ at an HMS and are looking for a one-year internship position for your practical training part.
For our secretariats, we are looking for a
HMS Intern KV Area
Your tasks
- Reception of visitors
- Taking over the telephone service with reception of customer concerns and conducting initial consultations
- Support of the secretariats (basic education) in the area of administration including finance and personnel
- Assistance in organizing events
Your profile
- Office specialist diploma
- Good IT user skills (MS Office)
- Enjoyment of customer contact and telephone service
- High sense of responsibility
- Independence and initiative
- Commitment and flexibility (workplace Horgen and Stäfa)
- Enjoyment of a varied internship position in a lively environment
