For our lively self-service restaurant on Fräkmüntegg with a fantastic view, we are looking for a committed personality as of January 1, 2026, or by arrangement who creates culinary experiences, gladly takes responsibility, and represents the host.
What you can achieve
- Deputize and support the host in personnel recruitment, planning, and management as well as in training and supervising apprentices
- Manage a kitchen station in daily operations, mise en place, and serving food to guests
- Prepare daily and banquet menus as well as culinary special offers (Sunday brunch, tartare hut, etc.)
- Contribute to the further development of the food and beverage offerings
- Co-responsible for compliance with hygiene regulations and ordering processes
- At least once a week late shift (including overnight stay on the mountain)
What sets you apart
- Warm and service-oriented personality with joy in guest contact
- Completed training as a cook EFZ, professional experience in various kitchen stations is an advantage
- First experience in team leadership
- Very good German skills and good spoken English skills
- Creativity in co-designing the menu offerings
- Teamwork, resilience, flexibility
