As part of your duties, you will carry out the following tasks, among others:- Timely and proper execution of payroll and salary accounting including certification, e.g., health insurance, employment agency, professional association, etc. for a defined group of employees
- Taking over and recording relevant employee data from personnel administration for payroll
- Contact person for all employees regarding questions about payroll and salary statements
- Creation of statistics and standard evaluations for documentation, budget planning, and control
- Deadline monitoring and document control
- Transfer of relevant time data into payroll
- Completed commercial vocational training with professional experience in payroll and salary accounting
- Current expertise in social security and payroll tax law
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of application software Sage HR and SP Expert is an advantage
