To complete its team, the nursing management is looking for the Neurorehabilitation service of HFR Meyriez, a
Nurse
100%, Fixed-term 4 months
Your mission:
- provide quality care in partnership with the patient and their relatives, respecting the care philosophy of HFR, working all service shifts
- promote interdisciplinary collaboration and actively participate both within the team and with all collaborators
- evaluate your services and make necessary adjustments aiming for constant improvement of your interventions
- participate in the development of the service
- supervise and support new team members as well as trainees
Your profile:
- nursing diploma in general care, HES level, or equivalent training
- proven experience in nursing care
- experience in rehabilitation is an asset
- proficiency in French or German, with good knowledge of the partner language
- dynamic, constructive, and creative spirit
- interpersonal skills and communication sense
- ability to work independently as well as in a multidisciplinary team
- flexibility, commitment, and ability to accept changes
