Department: Applied Psychology
Start of work: From July 1, 2026, or by arrangement / Application deadline until March 13, 2026
- Within the Services & Communication (S&C) department, you will lead the Administration S&C team with 2 employees who are used to working very independently
- Operational participation in the administrative tasks of your team and in daily business (approx. 20%)
- Responsibility for designing and developing processes and interfaces in the Department of Applied Psychology as well as with the Department of Finance and Services
- Leading and implementing projects at the department and division level as well as collaborating and representing the department in cross-departmental ZHAW projects
- Supporting the department head in topics such as the spatial development of the department
- Completed commercial training as well as further training and experience in administration and organization or a business administration university of applied sciences degree with corresponding professional experience and performance record
- Further training in project management as well as experience in leading demanding and cross-organizational projects
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Proficient user knowledge in MS Office products and openness to familiarize yourself with new, company-specific systems
- Flexibility in dealing with various stakeholders of an expert organization
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as communication skills
- High initiative as well as precise and independent working style
- Hands-on mentality
