🎯 YOUR PROFILE
- Completed vocational training with further education in the field of Food and Beverage
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the same or comparable position in 4* or 5* hotels
- Fluent German and English skills are required, any additional language such as Italian is an advantage
- Strong service mindset, high quality awareness and attention to detail
- Neat appearance, professional manners and friendly demeanor
- Empathetic and discreet personality, as well as willingness to go the extra mile
📄 YOUR TASKS
- Overall responsibility for the Food & Beverage area (Grand Restaurant, Da Vittorio - St. Moritz, Fondue Gondolas, Carlton Bar / Bel Etage and Terrace, Room Service as well as purchasing and events)
- Menu design, cash register and system management as well as inventory management
- Planning and implementation of exclusive events, banquets and events - leadership, motivation and continuous development of employees according to LQA, Forbes, FHR and internal QM standards
- Continuous analysis, optimization and further development of F&B concepts
- Creation and evaluation of various statistics (e.g. returns, monthly reporting, annual reporting)
- Taking over Duty Manager services
