LOEB AG is an independent Swiss retail company headquartered in a central location in Bern, with branches in Biel and Thun as well as the Concept Store MAGGS in Bern. 

For our new perfumery in the Bern branch, we are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive personality to manage a counter in the luxury brands sector starting April 1, 2026.

Counter Manager 80-100% (m/f/d)

As a true ambassador for the luxury brand, you will lead your team (professionally) with passion, embody the values of the company, and create an extraordinary luxury experience for our customers.

Your tasks:

• You ensure optimal, smooth sales and customer service
• You inspire as a host and live this on the sales floor
• You share your make-up expertise with our customers (make-up application/advice)
• You monitor KPIs (performance/inventory) and report to achieve annual goals
• You put the training received into practice and continuously expand your knowledge of beauty issues through self-study
• You take on the professional leadership of your team, motivate and train your team colleagues, and assist in their development
• You ensure an attractive sales atmosphere and help generate new regular customers
• You ensure perfect presentation at the point of sale (merchandising, planograms, assortments)

Your profile:

• You have completed training as a retail specialist in the perfumery sector and have several years of experience in luxury goods retail
• You have leadership experience in a similar position
• You have excellent communication skills and a winning charisma, impeccable manners, and a well-groomed appearance
• You have excellent practical skills in customer service, especially in make-up application
• You have a dynamic and pleasant personality and strong team spirit
• You have a high level of commitment, are dedicated and motivated
• You have confident German language skills and speak English (any additional language is appreciated by our international customers)
