Your role with us:

• Development of packaging solutions and support of your assigned customers in the technical and administrative processing of packaging inquiries from the offer phase to the handover to series production
• Central contact person for the customer on technical and normative issues throughout the entire product life cycle
• Planning and execution of process validations as well as operations or performance qualifications of manufacturing processes (printing, laminating, roll cutting, sealing)
• Being a knowledge carrier and showing interest in innovation in your assigned topics and working on them independently
• Supporting the production and quality departments in optimization projects and handling customer complaints
• Contributing to the further development of quality management according to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485

What you bring with you:

• Higher technical/scientific education (mechanical engineering, materials science, plastics/packaging technology, or similar)
• Several years of professional experience in packaging development or a similar field
• Good knowledge of relevant regulations and standards of our product markets (e.g., REACH; EU 10/2011, PPWR; MDR; ICH, FDA, Ph. Eur.)
• Interest in technical challenges in the packaging sector, especially in sustainable solutions and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Structured, independent, and result-oriented working style with attention to detail
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
