Workplace: Martigny
Your mission:
Ensure the execution of work requests from your workshop, the management of projects and personnel as well as their training.
Your responsibilities:
- Participation in the organization and management of the workshop in collaboration with the unit manager
- Assessment of resource needs, preparation and monitoring of the workshop budget
- Contribution to recruitment and training of the team
- Supervision, communication and definition of annual objectives for collaborators
- Writing offers and adapting procedures according to technical means and requests
- Planning, conducting and monitoring work and assignments (deadlines, quality, costs)
- Allocation of internal/external resources and implementation of corrective measures
- Management of tooling and maintenance of installations
- Proposal and implementation of new methods and improvement actions
- Implementation of QES directives and procedures in the workshop
- Control of the proper use of machines and protective equipment
- Immediate reporting of accidents, incidents or dangerous situations
- Compliance with quality, safety and environmental protection standards
Your skills:
- Federal VET Diploma in a technical trade in metal construction and NDT
- Welding specialist IWS or equivalent training
- Knowledge in non-destructive testing or COFREND certification
- 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial production
- Proven experience in team management
- Autonomy and sense of responsibility
- Stress resistance, flexibility and ability to work in a team
- Native French or German speaker with good knowledge of the other language
