About the job

• Management and organization of the front office, ensuring a professional, efficient, and friendly guest service.
• Implementation and assurance of customer-oriented and profitable sales techniques.
• Responsibility for guest satisfaction and continuous optimization of service quality.
• Leadership, motivation, and scheduling of front office staff.
• Introduction, training, and support of new employees, apprentices, and interns according to the training plan approved by management.
• Participation in Rooms Division meetings and weekly management meetings to ensure strategic alignment within the company.
• Promotion of close cross-departmental collaboration to optimize processes and service quality.

• Completed vocational training in hospitality
• Preferably completed hotel management school and 3-4 years of professional experience in hospitality
• Motivated professional with solid expertise and passion for the profession
• Guest-oriented
• Sales flair
• Creative, flexible, resilient, reliable, constructive
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Strong with numbers, precise work
• Very good computer skills (Microsoft Office as well as Fidelio for Windows)
• German, English, French spoken and written, additional languages are an advantage
