CNC Milling Specialist (m/f/d) in 2-Shift Operation

What appeals to you

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring the Hermle machining center including robot system in 2-shift operation
• Starting up series orders
• Process monitoring according to standard inspection plan with support from the 3D measuring robot Sirio
• Monitoring tool service life and partly setting up tools
• Ensuring process-secure production and avoiding machine downtimes; partly also with short weekend shifts

What defines you

• Basic mechanical training, preferably trained polymechanic EF
• Several years of experience in setting up and operating 5-axis milling machines
• Control knowledge on Heidenhain TNC 640
• Experience with Hermle C42 machines
• Experience with systems with automation solutions, preferably with robot systems
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
