In the boarding school and the occupational residential home, the care of the students and residents at night is ensured by a team of nursing professionals. During the night, two main night watches and one additional night watch are present. A modern alarm system, installed in every room, supports their work.

To complement our dedicated night watch team, we are looking for immediate or agreed start

Night Watch Staff
(40 - 80% workload)

Tasks

• Comprehensive care and supervision during the night hours with the support of a nursing professional
  
• Work until about 11 p.m. or midnight, on-call sleeping, 1-2 hours in the morning
• Work assignments also on public holidays
  
• 1-2 weekend shifts per month
  

Profile

• Training as a nursing assistant SRK, FASRK or health specialist
  
• Experience in dealing with people with disabilities is an advantage
  
• Sense of responsibility, social skills, and empathy
• Willingness to work motivatedly in a dedicated team
• High commitment and resilience
