About us
Business Agility Coach & Flight-Crew Captain (80–100% – all identities and backgrounds)
Your role – what you will move with us
Strategy needs flow – that’s why we create a new role with real leverage with the Flight-Crew Captain.
You ensure that our strategy does not end on slides but is effectively implemented. With the Flight Level System, you connect strategy, coordination, and implementation – clearly, transparently, and effectively. You make priorities explicit, make goal conflicts visible, and ensure that Switch remains focused and in flow.
Specifically, this includes the following tasks:
Flight Level 3 – Moderating the strategic level
- Moderation of strategy and alignment sessions, including executive management, business owners, and product managers
- Ensuring clear and transparent prioritization
- Translating strategic goals into operational focus
- Moderating cross-departmental coordination on dependencies
- Enabling leaders and agile coaches for collaboration at Flight Level 2
- Making systemic bottlenecks and dependencies visible
- Ensuring transparent and economically sensible prioritization
- Detecting bottlenecks early
- Preventing local optimization at the expense of the overall system
- Structuring decision-making bases
- Acting as a sparring partner for executive management
- Building and strengthening an internal facilitation community
- Systemically aligning coaching activities
- Building sustainable organizational capability
What you bring
- Experience in a similar role with overarching control of initiatives and strategic alignment; ideally knowledge of the Flight Levels System or comparable approaches
- Extensive experience in moderation at the executive management level
- Solid experience with Kanban, goal systems (e.g., OKR – Objectives & Key Results) at the organizational level or in designing operating models
- High credibility and excellent communication skills
- Structured thinking and pragmatic implementation skills
- Ability to challenge constructively and act solution-oriented
- Very good German and English skills
- Understanding that this is not a reporting role but a strategic facilitation and system responsibility role to enable Switch as an organization to create even more successful impact
