Care Assistant for the Region around Aarau 20-50%

Private Care AG is a dynamic, future-oriented company that offers private nursing services in the cantons of Aargau, Zurich, Solothurn, and Schaffhausen, as well as mediates specialized professionals from nursing and healthcare in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.

To complement our nursing team in the canton of Aargau, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an empathetic and passionate care assistant with Italian language skills (m/f/d) for our private care. Your area of operation is in the greater Aarau area. The workload ranges between 20%-50%.

• In this exciting position, you take responsibility for the medical care and nursing of our clients with various medical conditions
• You understand how to care for and support our clients with appreciation and empathy
• You are also responsible for ensuring the nursing processes and ensuring smooth operations
• Together with your Care Manager, you plan your assignments individually and independently and actively support the team in everyday nursing

• You have completed training in nursing or have an equivalent qualification recognized in Switzerland
• In addition, you can demonstrate several years of professional experience in Spitex or long-term care
• Own car including driver's license as well as good German and/or Italian language skills are required
