Finance & Administration Specialist
Your Tasks
- Managing financial and operational accounting including VAT accounting
- Responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
- Ensuring timely payment runs and dunning processes
- Work for monthly and annual financial statements
- Responsible for payroll administration, billing with social insurances and withholding tax
- Collaboration in HR administration (contracts, changes, insurances)
- Assistance to management; minute taking, appointment and event planning, coordinating cross-departmental tasks and projects
- Representing the administration staff at the counter and telephone at both locations
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training with further education in finance (e.g. finance and accounting specialist)
- Several years of professional experience in finance and administration, preferably in healthcare
- Confident German language skills in speaking and writing and very good IT user skills (especially MS Office, ideally experience with Lobos or comparable software)
- Responsible, humorous and proactive personality with a high service orientation
- Flexibility regarding workplace and taking over substitutions within the team
- High resilience, networked thinking and a good eye for detail
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment and developing the area further
